1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vinema, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Vinema is a free, offline video player for Android. It plays video files stored on your device. It does not host, stream, or provide any video content.

3. License

SoftRealms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vinema on your personal Android device(s) for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Free and Pro Versions

Vinema is free to use with full core functionality. An optional one-time Pro upgrade is available that unlocks additional personalization features (custom colors, playlists, continue watching).

• The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-refundable purchase processed by Google Play
• Refund requests are handled by Google Play per their refund policy
• Pro features may be expanded in future updates at no additional cost
• Core playback features will never be moved behind the Pro paywall

5. User Content

Vinema plays video files that you own or have the right to access on your device. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to view any content you play through Vinema.

SoftRealms does not host, distribute, or have access to any content you play.

6. Intellectual Property

Vinema, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of SoftRealms. The Vinema name and logo are trademarks of SoftRealms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vinema is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that Vinema will play all video formats or work on all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftRealms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Device damage
• Inability to use the app

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Vinema shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro upgrade (if any).

9. Updates

We may release updates to Vinema that add features, fix bugs, or change functionality. Updates are distributed through Google Play. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance.

10. Termination

You may stop using Vinema at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice, though we have no current plans to do so.

11. Third-Party Services

Vinema uses Google Play Billing for processing Pro upgrade purchases. Your use of Google Play is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of Vinema after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
